How can I change or cancel my order? We make every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. However, if you need to modify or cancel an order, contact here for prompt assistance.
What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express US issued credit cards. We also accept PayPal in U.S. Dollars.
What about International orders? At this time, we are able to ship online orders within the U.S. Contact customer service here to inquire about international orders and delivery.
Will I be charged Sales Tax? In accordance with local laws, we charge tax in the following states: CA, CO, CT, GA and NY.
What if my order arrives damaged? The shipping carrier shall be responsible for the delivery of your package. All inquiries relating to lost or damaged goods in transit shall be directed to the specific shipping carrier, however, contact us immediately here if your order arrives damaged.
Once my order is placed, how long will it take to receive my order? We make every effort to ship out orders as soon as they are received. All accepted orders will be processed immediately and expedited. Shipping order is prioritized.
Is free shipping available? We are pleased to offer free ground shipping on all purchases of $50 or more within the lower 48 states.

Due to the nature of some of the items we carry, particularly preservative and additive free items, please expect that the shelf life will be much shorter than conventional products.

Enjoy free standard domestic shipping on $50 orders within the lower 48 states.
For orders under $50, a $5.95 flat rate/standard domestic shipping rate will apply.

Domestic Ground Orders - Orders shipped via standard ground service are processed and shipped within two business days. Most domestic ground shipments are delivered with 7-10 business days from the date the order was shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Once orders are placed, accepted and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your order details and tracking number to track your order online.
Once your package is scanned at the shipper’s facility, your tracking number will be activated to show shipping movement and location.
